REGISTRATION

Another exciting season of hockey is just around the corne. While registration for the season is currenty closed, we are always open to reviewing applciations for local players within in our organization's boundaries. Please reach out to our board vie e-mail (quadtownminorhockey@gmail.com) with any inquiries. 

Fees

Be sure to submit registration fees prior to October 15, 2027 to finalize player registration.Registation fees are set as follows:

  • U5: $500

  • U7: $650

  • U9: $925

  • U11: $1,150

  • U13: $1,400

  • U15: $1,500

  1. Note that the $100 deposit is counted towards the registration fee so final payment should be total fee less $100.
  2. The balance of the base registration fee must be paid in full by October 15th, 2027.
  3. A mandatory team fee will be decided upon by each team after the season starts and is not optional.
  4. Please send your deposit by e-transfer to payments.qtmha@gmail.comWhen submitting your e-transfer, please include the player's full name and division (age category) in the notes/comments of the e-transfer.

REBELS APPARELL ORDER

Smashely Apparel is the new supplier of REBEL gear. The online store is now open and will remain open through mid December. Orders placed before October 2 will be here by picture day. Get your orders in soon to have them by Christmas.

Hockey School

We have again partnered with Pros Edge Development  for (5) on ice sessions, which will be provided as extra ice times at the start of the season. These are 1 hr sessions for the U9, U11,  and U13 teams. The cost for these sessions are included as part of the registration fees.

VOLUNTEERS

We appreciate and are grateful for all volunteers who have signed up to help make this  season a success; including our board members, head coaches, assisant caoches, team managers, jersey parents, and fundraiser coordinators. Your selfishless time and effort is vital in our ability to offer organized minor hockey in our communities. Please reach out to a board member or coach, as applicable, if you would like to offer your time or services to support minor hockey in your community. 

Officials

We are once again reaching out to former, current, and new officials who are wanting to take their officiating course. QTMHA has agreed to refund the registration fee for anyone wanting to take their course, upon officiating (3) games for QTMHA. Anyone requiring any additional information on how to obtain these courses can reach out to us directly or on the Hockey Saskatchewan website for a course near you.

Fundraising

Fundraising details will be updated as they become avilable. All fundraising profits go towards offsetting registration expenses in attempt to keep hockey affordable for everyone.

KIDSPORT

KidSport Saskatachewan provides Individual Grants to kids from families facing financial barriers so they can participate in registered sport programs and experience the lifelong benefits of a season of sport. KidSport Saskatchewan provides grants of up to $750 per child per calendar year (January 1st - December 31st) towards sport registration fees.

  • Equipment, camps, team fees, training, travel, clothing, and tournament expenses are not eligible for funding.
  • Grants cannot be used for programs/seasons of sport that have already concluded or started in the previous year.
  • KidSport recommends applying a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the sport season. Applications submitted after the start of the sport season may not be eligible for funding.
  • As a small rural community, application shoudl be made to the Provincial Fund.
  • Applications are accepted and reviewed on a monthly basis.
  • For the 2026 calendar year, the last date applications will be accepted is December 11, 2026.
